This is a West African scammer, operating on Dateinasia. He will want to call victims on the phone, or chat. He does have a short video to display over his webcam, making it appear as if you are in contact with the person in the pictures. You are not. You are actually in contact with a BLACK man, probably operating from Malaysia.
