This is a WEST AFRICAN scammer, pretending to be a US SOLDIER in Iraq. He claims to be an officer, but the stolen pictures he uses show an enlisted man.
Never send money to somebody you only know from the internet.
Demand to see the face of a person you meet online on a webcam, before you accept he or she is the person in the pictures they use.
Never send money!

He is registered on many dating sites.
